Twitter Tricks for Your Seminar - Search
Here is the second blog in our series on how to use Twitter for your Seminar or Conference. rateSeminars (@rateSeminars) has learned these over the past year and through research of the Twitter world.
We all want users to find us on Twitter, of course we have our handle (@rateSeminars) on our website, our emails, etc. Unfortunately that will not solve our issue of obtaining more followers. Think about it... how many times have you see an organization you wanted to follow only to have it slip your mind by the time you sat in-front of your computer?
You MUST...
FIND THEM - we all would like to set up a twitter account and for everyone who has an interest in our program to find us. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way you must reach out and find them. One way to do this is to use Twitter’s search functionality and find people/businesses who are tweeting about similar interests. Investigate key search terms, Find and Follow industry leaders, Search # (more to come on #) for industry news.
